Difference in bank balance

Hi, I observe a differnce in Bank balance(FDR A/c)in Balance Sheet & Bank FDR Statement in F.Y.2013-14 & refund has already received.
My question is how can I correct/rectify the mistake.
Please suggest.

if they are already matured then should not be reflected unless they have been reinvested.

Hi Tushar, actual case is a certain amount paid to Employee against salary but debited to FDR a/c by which FDR amount increased.
Here FDR are matured & reinvested as well.

FDR balance - 90000/-.
Salary paid to MR.X of Rs.10000/-.Wrongly
FDR ....Dr 10000
To ABC Bank 10000
As a result, FDR balance 100000/- as on 31.03.2014 & you know there is no impact on Bank balance. So Bank balance was tally with Bank Statement(Current+FDR).
On 01.04.2014, Bank Statement shows FDR balance 90000/-
