13 November 2014 the mainly use of C form is to reduce cst. if a party not give the form c then the local sale tax applicable on the sale

21 November 2014 C Form is used in inter state transactions. It is used to purchase goods at a concessional rate of tax (2%). Only a registered dealer can issue C Form.

21 November 2014 In case of hardware items tax applicable is 5%. If the buyer gives me C form, what would be the situation then?
