13 August 2009 Pls sirs,

1) Guide me the Difference of Retail Invoice & Tax Invoice under GVAT
2) Tell me Which Business gets/Collect TAX from Retail Invoice under GVAT
3) Guide me for Manufacturers,Traders, Dealers,Whollseller,Retailers etc.. Guideline of GVAT..

Pls sirs guide me on this Huge Discussion
if you will give this Guideance in regular interval, I also been thankful to all of you.

13 August 2009 Retail Invoice - for sales made to persons who dont have TIN.... general consumers
Tax Invoice- for sales made to persons/parties having TIN

Ans-1) Agree with nikhil. One more dif is that if u get retail invoice, u can not claim credit on that invoice. If u want to claim credit, u must hv tax invoice.

Plz explain what u want to ask in Que.-3

Que -3 is about types which follow by Manufacturers,Dealer,Trader,Whollseller & Retailers.
I am asking about VAT diffence between this Typologies.i.e VAT Structure

I think VAT Rules will be difference to follow between these different typologies.

Thats why I am Confused

So pls Clarify me to sort out Problems to Understand.
