03 April 2010 Hello,

Certain sections of companies act, 1956 requires special notices for specific purposes mentioned in the section itself. These sections are 225 regarding auditor and section 284 regarding removal of director.

All other notices for general meeting etc are ordinary notices.

Nomination notice is a notice to be given by a person to claim his right as a nominee of shareholder.

Regards
