whether diagnostic centres covered under 44ad or not. in my opinion as they are not listed under professions in incometax act , they are covered under sec.44ad.please discuss

diagnostic center should get covered. however, if a registered doctor is owning the whole thing, it might be difficult as medical profession is covered under 44AA
