determination of indemnity value for lost e1 forms

i have lost blank e1 forms. what is the amount of indemnity to be shown in form g, is there any maximum limit for the indemnity determined & how is it determined

In the indemnity bond you have to declare the value for which you were inteded to issue E1 form (remeber the sales tax department generally ask for necessary details before issue of E1 form to assessee).
