Details wrongly filed in st-1

16 April 2013 HI Experts,

I have submitted the St-1 copy & required documents to the department.

I have to change some details on ST-1, which are wrongly filed, e.g. Trade Name.

Please suggest me Hows this Possible.

16 April 2013 If registration is not granted, request the jurisdictional superintendent to make open the ST-1 for correction and resubmission. If this request is granted, you can change the details in ST-1, upload it and proceed as you did earlier.

16 April 2013 But sir, what is the procedure of request to the Jurisdictional Superintendent.

Shall i go to department or write a letter?

Registration is still not granted.

16 April 2013 Go to the department having a letter signed by the authorized person and ask them to sent back the st-i.
when they will sent back it, you will be able to modify it by using the option 'change sent back st-1' after login to the portal. then using the option modify and resubmit with the modified print out.
