08 June 2012 i)what shall be depreciation rate on UPS as per I.T. Act.

Moreover whether the same will be considered as integral part of Computer or separately considered as Plant & Machinery/Office equipment.

ii) what shall be depreciation rate on Software if the same will be considered as Intangible Asset under fixed Asset as separate Block of Asset as per I.T Act.
