Plz guide me on my below mentioned query......
Mr. X is director in pvt. Ltd. Company and his car is being partly used for business and partly in his personal use, plzz clarify in this case can company claim depreciation on this car or not,

you can consider with reasonable ratio for official and personal use, or you can start using the log book system for segregate the office and personal use and according to the kms running you can consider the official use
