please tell me that can we claim on windmill depreciation as per income tax if windmill is ready as on 31.03.2010 and generate 182 units on same day. we have already commissioning certificate from Electricity board.
Please give referance of high court and supreme court decesion.

26 June 2010 If u have proof that the same was put to use at the year end you can claim depreciation.
