if company purchased mobile phone as a ixed asset in August month the depreciation will be on pro rata basis or full depreciation @ 15% to be calculate

as per companies act it would be pro rata basis, whereas in income tax act it would be more than 180 days

As per companies act on days basis. But as per income tax for whole year since used for more than 180 days.

as per company it will be calculate as days you use but under income tax if it use more than 180 days then you can claim full depreciation for the year .
