14 December 2013 if i purchase the building with land and the agreement shown one value. there is no seperate amount shown in agreememt for land and building. in that case how depreciation will be calculated.

14 December 2013 check for stamp duty valuation of the land in the area. apportion that value to the land and remaining to the building. calculate depreciation on the value apportioned to the building.
