Is it compulsory for company to provide depreciation every year whethere the company earns profit Or not.

Provision for deprecation is compulsory and there is no option of not charging.. so irrespective of profit or loss , depreciation is required to be provided for.

yes as per the provision it is compulsory to provide dep. even in case of loss.

Under both the companies act and the income tax act depreciation has to be accounted for.
