deposit of dividend amount

Can anybody tell me within how many days interim dividend amount which is declared to be deposited in the seperate bank account.I am confused whether it is within 5 working days or within 5 days to be deposited.

As per section 205(1A)of the Companies Act, 1956 the amount of dividend declared has to be deposited within 5 days from the date of declaration in a seperate bank account.
