Sir,
One of my client, I had file his IT return for A.Y.2009-10 electronically. We have received an intimation u/s 245 of Income Tax Act, 1961 there was outstanding demand Rs. 160542. This is to bring to your kind notice that my employer has deducted TDS of Rs. 160542 and provided me form 16 for the AY 2009-10 but not reflecting in 26AS of the department site. Please advice me to get it.
