An assesses is a gov. emp. whose TDS deducted in A.Y 2013-14 but did not reflect in 26AS till now. Return filed in E filing mode for A.Y 13-14. IT department issued 143(1) and demand the TDS amount. We consult relevant office but they did not replay anything. PLZ tell me what we can do next.

You have to repeat the step which you have taken after receiving the Demand. You have to make the follow up
