Delay in paying ddt

Hi,
My company conducted the AGM on 10th Sept and decided on dividend then.
I know (now) that DDT has to be paid in 14 days i.e. by 24th Sept. We missed this deadline. Given that penalties are for a month or part thereof my question is
If we pay DDT now - do we have to pay 1% penalty or 2% penalty?

As per 115P interest @ 1% for 2 months has to be paid.
