Dear experts,
What will happen if I fill articleship form 107 in delay beyond 60 days but upto 180 days.
Is there only penalty of rs.300 or there is any other requirements??

In these cases first you send form 107 to icai, along with clarification for delay in sending form.I dont think any penalty applicable here,.however if any penalty applicable icai may intimate same you may pay penalty that time.
