13 December 2010 WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF RELATIVE OF DIRECTOR AS PER COMPANIES ACT 1956. DIRECTORS OF COMPANY ARE PARTNERS IN ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP FIRM. CAN THE SHARE OF THAT FIRM COMES UNDER DIRECTORS/RELATIVE OF DIRECTORS OR OTHER THAN IN CASE OF ANNUAL RETURN?
