I just have the following query
... A company under construction hasn't created any provision for tax ... Is there any requirement for calculating deferred tax as per accounting standard issued by ICAI.

The issueof Tax arrises only if there is income. if the company is under construction, there is no question of Income and hence no question of Tax.
