Defective return u/s139(9)

22 November 2014 I have received a reminder to file the return u/139(9) for the asst year 13-14. While filing, the details of the defective notice number, date and password are required.But the original mail has been deleted somehow. How to get these details?

Can any expert help me in this regard please?

23 November 2014 To to the site of incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and login the account of the person which will ask you the login pass word and date.

The lo-gin password and date of birth or date of formation is required to be filled you can open and refill for upload

I am able to login to the incometax website by giving the password and date of birth. While uploading the returns u/s 139(9), it asks for the password of six digits which was given in the notice issued u/s 139(9). This notice received by email has been deleted. Kindly tell me how to get this password.

24 November 2014 As the notice u/s 139(9) has been issued by CPC Bangalore the local A.O. has expressed his inability to provide the password. is it possible to contact the CPC in this regard? How to go about this ? Will they reply for it?
