Is it possible for an MNC established in US and having a manufacturing unit in India,not to pay salary to its workers for two years? what are the remedies available to workers? what are the consequences the company has to face? pls. mail the solution to cabalsster@gmail.com

Firt you check whether the manufacturing unit is duly registered in india with pf or esi or shop and establishment act. Refer those registration numbers and apply to labour court for intervention. They will appoint the nodal officer for taking out the facts and arrive at a remidy. They have powers even to attach the properties of the manufacturing concern if the authorities found that they have defaulted.
