Dear colleagues,
My query is on deemed import.
Party A is in United States & they are the owners of Machinery in lying in India with Party B. Party C wants to buy that machinery in India directly from Party A.
Party C will make the payment in Forex to Party A & delivery of Machinery will be made by Party B to Party C.
Please clarity me the entire procedure & taxes involved in this case.
