31 December 2011 My uncle has a business named " Jaiswal Sales Agency" and he is filing a return timely. Also, i have seen in the website of Sales Tax i.e, www.wbcomtax.gov.in..that My shop name " Jaiswal Sales Agency " is on the list of Deemed Assessment.
I wants to know what i have to do, to remove the name from the list of Deemed Assessment. Also, What is deemed Asseement.

Deemed asessment means that the returns filed by your uncle have been accepted and assessment is completed.Under VAT laws of all states returns filed by dealers are automatically accepted until they find some grounds to reopen,examine,and scrutinise your accounts.
