04 March 2008 Can any one tell me, what is procedure of getting certificate of low vision for the purpose of 80 D. I have read it is to be certified by Medical Board. But i dont know where is the Medical Board at Delhi and how to approach it?

05 March 2008 For 80D it is Medical Insurance Premium. For 80DD it is for medical treatment refer to Doctors at Govt hospital. Read Rule before approval for more clearity

05 March 2008 80 DD MEDICAL BOARD CERT. WILL BE ARRANGED BY GOVT. HOSPITALS ON REFERENCE FROM THE GOVT. HOSPITALS.
OTHERWISE ON A LETTER ISSUED BY THE HOSPITAL SUPRTD./ REGISTRAR, MEDICAL BOARD WILL CONSIDER ISSUE OF A CERT.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ( EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES , PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND FULL PARTICIPATIN) ACT , 1995.
