Can any one tell me, what is procedure of getting certificate of low vision for the purpose of 80 D. I have read it is to be certified by Medical Board. But i dont know where is the Medical Board at Delhi and how to approach it?

80 D IS FOR MEDICLAIM PLEASE CLARIFY

For 80D it is Medical Insurance Premium. For 80DD it is for medical treatment refer to Doctors at Govt hospital. Read Rule before approval for more clearity

FOR CLAIMING DEDUCTION U/S 80DD , THE ASSESSEE SHALL HAVE TO SUBMIT A COPY OF CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY MEDICAL AUTHORITIES I.E BY ANY HOSPITAL OR INSTITION SPECIFIED BY NOTIFICATIN BY GOVT . FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ( EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES , PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND FULL PARTICIPATIN) ACT , 1995.
