one of our Clint made GPF loan for the purpose of house renovation....
can we claim the repayment of this loan under 80c deduction....?

No.
Only repayment of Principal portion of housing loan is allowed as deduction. Here, pf loan is not a home loan per se. Hence, not allowed as deduction
