If an assesse has deposited in SBI tax saving deposit scheme for 5 years. can an assesse claim the same for deduction under 80 C for 5 years.??

not at all. the deduction is provided only in the year in which you have invested. if you want to claim investment next year, then re-invest additional amounts.
