What is the maximum exemption limit on repayment of house building loan for FY. 2015-16 relevant to A.Y. 2016-17.

Rs 150000/- is maximum deduction limit for House Loan Principal Repayment, which is also the ceiling for deduction u/s 80C.

No there is no such increase u/s 80C.
