Sir,
My client paid Rs.300,000/-towards Interest on Education Loan during A Y 2013-2014 for Two children. This Edu loan is for Foreign Education in indian Ruppees obtanied from Union Bank of India , Mumbai. now Two children came back in india & starteed earnings. Total Interest paid Rs.300000/-
Now can we claim Rs.300,000 u/s 80 E in father's Return of income ?
