20 March 2010 Dear all what are the requirements of a firm or a company to file form 13 to get a lower rate of TDS deduction.

20 March 2010 First file the form 13 along with Income Tax acknowledgement for the last three years. The requirements list will be sent to you by the A. O. of your jursidiction who will issue lower deduction of TDS certificate.
