Supoose the company has done the work of preparation of furniture from the person who is interior decorator. For this purpose, the work order is issued by the company stating the contitions according to which the work is to be done.
On the basis os these facts, let us know whether the company has to deduct TDS u/s 194C or 194J.
Please advise.

It is work contract so TDS would be deduct u/s 194C.
