Deduction of Salary for Excess Leave Taken

21 April 2011 Plesae help me out - If I am on leave in an earlier month and I have received the salary that time. After that my salary has been revised. Then whether will a company adjust my leave from new salary structure or the salary structure in the time of availing leave.

22 April 2011 Hi... My salary has been revised from Feb 2011 and become INR 22000 though I have taken leave in the month of Sept - Oct 2010 and at that time my Salary was INR 12000 only. At that they paid me without adjusting my leave. Now they have adjusted in the month of Feb with New Rate. Is this process is reasonable as this cause me loss of INR 15000.

24 April 2011 No. loss of pay need to be deducted the particular month salary. so you can ask your employer adjust the salary as per Sept/Oct-2010
