My Uncle Purchased a Plot & done Registry in name of His Wife and His Son Name. He took a loan from NBFC in the name of His Wife and His Son and NBFC Sanction the Loan and gives him two cheque. But Sanction letter by mistake indicates My Uncle name as Borrower and Wife & His son as Co -Borrower. Who is eligible Claim for Deduction of Interest on Home Loan.

For claiming deduction of interest on home loan, borrower must be owner.
