Dear sirs
Kindly advise me that whether deduction should be made from salary also from performance incentives if employee take a leave without pay.
Ex. BASIC salary 10000
HRA 5000
TRANSPORT ALL.1000
PERF. INCET. 10000
TOTAL 26000
Now employee take a leave without pay - 2

Yes. TDS need to be deducted on performance incentive also along with normal salary
