08 February 2010 Generally such declarations are incorporated in the VAT registration form itself. Alternatively, it may also be part of the VAT law of your State. In case you do not find it, you may simply state "All documents and information therein is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed. In case anything is found untrue, my VAT registration may be cancelled"
