what this mean, how can i record this into balance sheet

20 May 2014 First check that all entries r correctly done n there is no mistake in creation of ledgers.

23 May 2014 pls check both ledger it may possible you make invoice entry in one ledger and Payment receipts entry in second ledger.

or it may possible you received security from customer.
