dear all,
we are 100% eou now we want debond capital goods these CG used more than 10 years.
please let us know the we have to pay duty while debonding. one of my friend told that need not pay duty if we used more than 10 years.
can you confirm whether is correct or not & also relevant notificationn is there any?
