HOW TO TREAT IF THE NAME OF THE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY DE LISTED BY REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES.

If the name of the company is struck off under section 560(3) of the Companies Act,1956, the then members of the company can move a suit under section 560(6) of the said act before the jurisdictional High court to resotre the name of the company in the register maintained by the ROC.
