De- active PAN

hello,
how can I Re- activate my client's PAN ? which was De - activated....

Yes , you can. The PAN is de-activated and not Cancelled. Probably, in de-duplication process, the PAN has been de-activated. So, contact the concerned Assessing Officer and he will give you the reasons and also he will tell you what documents he would require to re-activate it. The process may take time. But it can be done.
