31 March 2016 While choosing "Know Your Pan " after putting first name middle name surname and date of birth appears " NOT FOUND " on screen. I have talked with Income Tax Authorities on 1800180196. The IT department has informed me that the said PAN is de-active. If the PAN is de-active as to how the IT Return of March 14 has got uploaded successfully. What is de-active pan ? Can the IT Return be uploaded successfully on de-active PAN.
