If tea coffee rubber co distributes divided then ddt applicable on what % of distribution 100 or only 60?

only on the taxable portion. so if taxable icnome is 60%, only 60% of dividend shall be liable for DDT. refer http://www.thehindubusinessline.in/bline/2006/09/30/stories/2006093000331100.htm
