Date of Issue of Form 12 BA

Can any one tell me what is the date of Issue of Form 12BA in case of NIL Tax which is part of Form 16. As the Form 16 have to issued with one month , date of Form 16 will be the same date of FOrm 16 ?

Pls reply with rference to Act as the software we used(Webtel) Prepared Form 16 Date - 30 April whereas Form 12 BA Date 07 April

22 July 2010 Form -16 -- 30th April
Form - 12BA -- 7th April

Both the dates are correct as per Rule (stood as before the 6th amendment rules,2010) 31(2)(a) and (b) respectively

22 July 2010 Further both could be issued on 30th April also. There is no problem in that.
