what is the last date of filling of I t returns for audited co for A.Y.14-15. as last date for 3cb 3cd extend to 30.1!.14.whether it is 30.09.14 or 30.11.14.

ideally tax return due date should also be extended as audit report needs to be filed first. But no clarification yet from CBDT
