27 September 2015 is the due date of the filling the income tax return for ay 2015-16 is extended to 15.10.2015 from 30.09.2015 by the CBDT ???

29 September 2015 In the case of Vishal Garg & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Anr., Punjab & Haryana HC instructed CBDT extend due date of Tax Audit cases to 31st October 2015 from existing 30th September 2015.

01 October 2015 Vide its order dated 30.09.2015 CBDT has extended due date only for the state of Haryana, Punjab , Union Territory of Chandigarh and Gujarat.
