Cwa or pg diploma in finance ?

Myself is a ca final student. Hopefully completing it by may 2012. Please tell me which one would be a better course after CA - cwa(upto inter stage only) or post graduate diploma in financial management from IGNOU ? My problems are -

1. No time for regular classes after completing CA.
2. Don't want to go for theory oriented courses like CS/LLB
3. Can't finish CWA bcoz CWA final involves regular training.

15 January 2012 You can go for ICWA. No bar from appearing in final examination. You can do articleship even after final exams. Also 3 years working experience will get you exemption from 3 years training. For more information see file from below link---
