Custom duty for importing memory cards

Hi have obtained my IEC code and will like to import Memory card for trading in India.
I have question
1)What is import/custom duty for memory cards ,i will be ordering 500 items prize between $500 to $700 also weight will be 11kg aprox.
2)Which mode of transportation is best for me to?
3)Will i have to pay during delivery if yes how will be it charges , I heard DHL charge heavy clearance charge
