we have purchased against "C" form. this CST amount will be set off VAT or CST payable.

The credit of payment of CST in purchases is not available for adjustment.

No you cant adjust with cst payable.

CST is not adjustable. The set-off/adjusting provision is available in GST (Goods and Service Tax) and the Union Government is planning seriously to introduce it shortly.
