Cst purchase of capital goods against c form @2%

we are CST registered under Solar Power generating product . For Factory staff we purchase coffee machine against C Form CST @2% , otherwise we have to bear 14% Tax instead of 2%. Please clear shall we get C Form from the department for said product.

No. only the goods/materials mentioned in the CST registration certificate can issue C form
