Cst purchase mace without c form

06 July 2013 Dear sir,
we make purchase from other states on which we are paying higher rate of tax. and i know that input tax credit is not allowed on
such purchase, but i want to know that whether should i disclose such purchase in CST purchase details? if yes how?

07 July 2013 yes. even you are paying higher rate of tax due to without C form, purchase from outside state need to show as CST purchase only and what ever Tax paid on that purchase is CST only
