08 July 2011 CAN ANYONE TELL ME PLEASE WHEN TO ISSUE C-FORM ? AFTER THE DATE OF INVOICE MADE BY THE SELLER OR BEFORE ? IF IT IS AFTER THE INVOICE DATE THEN HOW WILL ONE KNOWS THAT BUYER WILL ISSUE C- FORM?

08 July 2011 C form should be issued after issue of invoice only, however one can carry blank C form if needed to issue at the place of seller to issue instant after invoice making.

08 July 2011 tnk u sir... could u please tel me what is the procedure get c form from dept..? is this c form applicable to vat also?
